JPG, PNG, WebP and other browser-readable images · up to 12 photos

Photos stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

How to use

  1. Drop, choose or paste at least two photos; the collage preview appears as soon as they load.
  2. Keep Auto layout or choose a grid, featured photo, side-by-side or stacked template.
  3. Set the canvas shape, output size, spacing and JPG, PNG or WebP format.
  4. Use Up and Down to set the photo order, then select Download collage.

Layout templates crop, they do not stretch

Every template fills each frame while preserving the photo’s original proportions. When a photo and its cell have different shapes, the tool trims equal amounts from the centre edges instead of squeezing faces or horizons. Use Featured photo for a lead image plus supporting pictures, Grid for an even collection, Side by side for comparisons, and Stacked for a vertical before-and-after.

Choosing an export size

The export-size control sets the longest canvas edge: 1,080, 2,048, 3,000 or 4,096 pixels. A 3,000 × 3,000 px square collage prints at 10 × 10 inches at 300 pixels per inch; 4,096 px reaches about 13.7 inches on its longest edge at the same density. Final print sharpness still depends on the source photos and how much each one is cropped.

JPG, PNG or WebP?

Use JPG for a compact photo collage that is widely accepted by print shops and social apps. PNG is lossless, which is useful for screenshots or text, but photo files are usually much larger. WebP usually gives a smaller download at a similar visual quality and is supported by current browsers. The collage is rendered with a white background, so the gaps stay white in every format.

Your photos do not leave your device

The page uses your browser’s image decoder and Canvas to make both the preview and final file. It decodes and releases one photo at a time to keep memory bounded, shows progress, and lets you cancel during long work. It does not send your photos to a server, store them in an account or add a watermark. After the page has loaded, the collage can also be made without an internet connection.

Frequently asked questions

How many photos can I put in one collage?

One collage can contain 2 to 12 photos. Add them by drag and drop, file picker or Ctrl/⌘ + V paste, then use the Up and Down buttons to choose their placement order.

Are my photos uploaded to a server?

No. The preview and final collage are rendered in the browser on your device, so the selected photo files are not uploaded or stored by this tool.

What is the largest collage I can download?

The largest preset exports a collage with a 4,096-pixel longest edge. Square output is 4,096 × 4,096 px; portrait, landscape and Story shapes keep that 4,096 px maximum on their longest edge.

Does the collage maker add a watermark?

No. Downloads are clean JPG, PNG or WebP files named with their output pixel dimensions and have no watermark added by this tool.

Why is part of my photo missing in a cell?

Each photo uses a centre crop to fill its selected frame without distortion. Choose a canvas shape closer to the original photo or select a different template to reduce cropping.
